Chicken Noel(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large whole chicken breasts, boned and cut in half
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can mushroom caps
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sherry (optional)
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    1/2 lemon
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in usual manner.
    Place in a buttered flat casserole.
    Squeeze lemon over broccoli.
    Place chicken breasts skin side up on broccoli.
    Combine soup, mushroom caps, sour cream and sherry.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with paprika generously. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Delicious with wild rice and tossed salad.
