Garlic Dip In French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    8 cloves garlic, chopped
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    16 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. mixed mild Cheddar and Jack cheese, shredded
    10 oz. can water packed artichokes, cut in quarters
    1 round loaf French bread
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Saute butter, green onions and garlic until onions wilt.
    Set aside.
    In a bowl, cut cream cheese into chunks; add onion, garlic, sour cream and cheese.
    Mix well; fold in artichoke hearts.
