No-Bake Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bananas, cut into bite size pieces
    3 c. low-fat granola cereal
    1 1/2 c. marshmallows
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. orange-banana juice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    In a large bowl, combine bananas and granola.
    Set aside.
    In small saucepan over medium heat, combine marshmallows, peanut butter, juice, margarine and cinnamon.
    Cook, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows are melted.
    Pour marshmallow mixture over granola and mix well.
    Press into prepared pan.
    Refrigerate 2 hours.
