Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
    Slowly add scalded milk.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell (9-inch).
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    325\u00b0 until done.
