Turkey With Sausage Walnut Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can clear chicken broth
    1 (14 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm cubed country-style stuffing
    1 medium apple, cored and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped California walnuts
    12 to 14 lb. turkey
Preparation
    In saucepan over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate meat.
    Add margarine, celery and onion and cook until tender.
    Add broth to boil.
    Add stuffing, apple and walnuts and mix.
    Stuff turkey and bake according to directions.
