La Rue'S Caramel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Put all ingredients, except 1 cup sugar into pan to heat. Melt 1 cup sugar in an hot skillet.
Then pour sauce into melted sugar and stirring constantly, cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell.
