Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and shredded
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine cheese and 4 tablespoons butter. Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring until smooth. Stir in potatoes, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole. Top with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Makes 8 servings.
