Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked shrimp, cleaned
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 thin slice onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; blend until well mixed. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
    Good with crackers, celery, carrots, etc.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups.
