Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans whole green chilies, rinsed and slit down one side
    sliced Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. taco sauce
    salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Stuff chilies with cheese slices.
    Place in pan.
    Add flour to milk; beat until lump free.
    Add eggs and salt; beat, then add taco sauce.
    Mix well.
    Pour over chilies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
