Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. soybean oil
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Coat skillet with cooking oil.
    Place over medium heat until hot.
    Add chicken and brown on both sides.
    Add water.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings. Preparation time is 25 minutes.
