Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
    Add egg and beat until blended.
    Combine flour, salt and soda.
    Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
    Drop by heaping spoonfuls 2-inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
    Cool 2 minutes.
    Yields 3 dozen.
