Chinese Meat Balls(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Make into 1-inch balls. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes approximately 50 to 75 meat balls.
