Walnut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. honey
1 c. ground black walnuts or other nuts
Preparation

Cook ingredients together in a heavy saucepan until honey is dark brown and the mixture gives a brittle test in cold water. Pour into greased pan.
Stir occasionally to make sure the nuts don't fall to the bottom of the pan.
When almost cool, cut into squares.
