Dad'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. extra lean ground beef
    4 lb. onions
    5 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) can chili powder
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown and drain meat. Add onions, tomato sauce and chili powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 hours for best flavor. Makes enough for 100 hot dogs.
