Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Heat sugar and milk to a rolling boil.
    Boil one minute, stirring constantly.
    Add chocolate and salt.
    Stir until melted. Beat until smooth with hand rotary beater.
    Add butter and extract.
    Makes about 2 cups.
    Keep refrigerated.
