Mrs. Crawfoot'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries, cleaned and drained in colander
    graham cracker crust
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 small (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Slice strawberries and place in graham cracker crust.
    In heavy saucepan place sugar, water and cornstarch.
    Cook until clear and thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add jello.
    Mix well.
    Let cool.
    Spoon over every berry.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
    Top with Cool Whip before serving.
