Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar (white or brown)
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Remove 3/4 cup for Crumb Topping.
    To balance of mix, add remaining ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients into a smooth, thick batter.
    Grease a tube pan and dust with flour.
    Pour mix into tube pan.
    Sprinkle the 3/4 cup of crumbs for topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes (ovens vary) or, bake until tester comes out dry.
    (I have baked cake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes and it works in my oven.)
