Japanese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 3 oz. pkg. Ramen noodles, crumbled (discard seasonings)
2 c. cooked chicken, cut in bite size pieces
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. salad oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
5 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a frying pan, pour the salad oil, add the almonds and noodles; stir fry until browned.
Drain on a paper towel.
In a large bowl, combine the noodle mixture, chicken, cabbage and onions.
Make a dressing with the salad oil, vinegar and sugar and mix into the salad.
