Hot And Spicy Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    3 c. cooked, cold rice
    1 egg, scrambled
    1/2 c. cooked chicken
    1 hot and spicy Szechwan seasoning mix
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, put oil. Stir-fry the onions and red bell pepper. Add the rice. Stir-fry. Add the
    egg.
    Add the chicken. Add seasoning mixture, sugar, soy sauce and water, then mix all this together.
    Pour over the rice and let cook for 1 minute.
