Chicken Curry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken or 4 breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 c. (maximum) curry powder
1 pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 c. fresh broccoli
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook and debone chicken. Cut into bite-size pieces and layer on bottom of casserole dish. Layer pieces of broccoli on top of chicken. Mix soup, mayonnaise and curry powder.
Pour over chicken and broccoli. Cover with shredded cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with rice or dinner rolls. Serves 4.
