Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sweet butter
1 c. brown sugar
4 medium ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sifted flour or 1 1/2 c. flour and 1 c. 100% crumbled bran
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until creamy and smooth.
Mash the bananas through a coarse sieve and mix with the sugar and butter mixture.
Add the lightly beaten eggs, lemon juice, nutmeg and raisins.
Sift the salt and baking powder with the flour.
Combine the two mixtures and bake in an oiled bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
