Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed steak
    flour for dredging
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Dredge steak in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown thoroughly in oil.
    Remove from oil; stir in 1 tablespoon flour.
    Blend in water; stir to smooth gravy.
    Add steak.
    Cover tightly; simmer for 2 hours.
