Baked Potato Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 baking potatoes, well scrubbed (unpeeled)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt
    ground pepper
    1 tsp. chives
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Oil 2 nonstick baking sheets with olive oil.
    Cut potatoes 1/8-inch thick.
    Place potatoes in a bowl and toss with olive oil to coat evenly.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Place on baking sheets.
    Bake until crisp and brown for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Put on serving dish and sprinkle with chives and parsley.
