Vanilla Wafer Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut
2 c. pecans, chopped
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. vanilla wafers (about 13 oz.), rolled into crumbs
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine with sugar.
Add eggs; beat well. Add milk and stir in coconut and pecans.
Add vanilla wafer crumbs.
Mix well.
Bake in a 9 or 10-inch tube pan in a 300\u00b0 oven about 1 hour and 45 minutes, until done.
Cool; remove from pan.
