Cheesy Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    3/4 lb. pork sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Bake shell for 7 minutes.
    Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Brown sausage and drain. Reserve 2 tablespoons fat and cook and stir onion and green pepper in reserved fat.
    Stir in sausage.
    Spoon into pastry shell. Sprinkle with cheese.
