Upside Down Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 cans fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish (cake pan size).
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients except butter and filling.
    Pour batter over melted butter.
    Do not stir.
    Spoon in fruit pie filling.
    Do not stir!
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
