Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, sliced
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 small garlic clove
    2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Drain off fat.
    Add all ingredients, except kidney beans.
    Simmer uncovered 2 to 3 hours.
