Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. margarine
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    In large pan, combine brown sugar, syrup, margarine, salt and cream of tartar and bring to a boil.
    Cook for 5 minutes; remove from heat.
    Add baking soda; beat down.
    Pour over popcorn. Stir until all corn is covered.
    Spread popcorn onto 2 greased cookie sheets.
    Bake in preheated oven at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool and break up and store in large plastic bags.
