Honey Apple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cored, pared and finely chopped apple
    1 2/3 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and sugar.
    In another bowl, combine honey, egg, milk and oil.
    Add egg mixture to flour mixture.
    Blend in apple.
    Grease 2 muffin tins liberally.
    Pour in lumpy batter to fill 2/3 of each cup. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove tins to a rack; let stand for 5 minutes.
    Use a greased knife to cut around each cup. Tap to remove muffins.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
