Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
6 Tbsp. cream
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
few drops almond extract
1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Stir sugar, cream and butter together over low heat.
Just as soon as the mixture starts to boil, remove from heat and add powdered sugar and flavoring.
Beat until smooth enough to spread.
