Cranberry Tea - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag fresh cranberries
3 1/2 quarts water
3 cinnamon sticks
1 whole nutmeg
1 orange (juice only and a little zest)
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Add cranberries, water, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, orange juice and zest to stockpot.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cranberries will be soft and water will be cranberry color when ready.
