Russian Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, divided
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt to taste
red lumpfish caviar
parsley sprigs
Preparation

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter for 8 to 10 minutes, until limp and golden, but not brown.
In another skillet, saute bread crumbs in remaining 1 tablespoon butter, stirring until just golden.
(Dark crumbs will taste bitter, so be careful not to let them become too dark.)
