Apple Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 apples, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. half and half cream
    1 (10-inch) unbaked deep pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, flour and half and half.
    Pour over apples that were placed in pie shell.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Take off foil and bake 15 minutes more.
