Spicy Baked Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 carrots, peeled
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. boiling water
Preparation

Slice carrots diagonally and arrange in a buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Thoroughly cream butter, sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper; mix in water.
Pour butter mixture over sliced carrots.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
