Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; add Wesson oil and eggs.
    Add carrots and mix well.
    Bake in two-9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
