Seafood Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. flour
    2 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. white wine or milk
    2 lb. shrimp, cooked
    2 lb. crab meat, imitation
    3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix butter and flour, set aside.
    Peel and devein shrimp. Flake crabmeat.
    Combine milk, wine or milk, shrimp and crab meat in a large bowl; add cheese. Combine all together in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
