Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 jalapeno, finely chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together; add beaten egg.
    Add enough buttermilk to reach desired consistency.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
