Okinawa Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, milk and oil.
    Do not overmix. To test temperature for oil, drop tiny ball of dough and if it rises to the top, oil is ready.
    Pinch enough dough with tips of fingers to form small balls and deep fry.
