Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1-1/2 c. white sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. plain flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cooked chopped prunes
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil; add eggs, mixing well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Add prunes, nuts and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
