Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sweet milk

Preparation

Beat 1 whole egg and 3 egg yolks together; add 1 cup sugar and mix together.
Take 1/4 cup sugar and add flour, cocoa and salt. Add to egg and flour mixture.
Add milk and mix together.
Cook in top of double boiler until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell. Make meringue from 3 egg whites beaten until stiff; add 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar, 6 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Put on pie and brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
