White Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. washed rice
1 tsp. margarine (if desired)
dash of salt
Preparation

Bring to a boil, stirring only once or twice.
Cover and reduce heat to simmer.
Cook for 14 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir with fork.
Cover and let steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
