Scalloped Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    Brown bacon and diced onion.
    Stir in flour.
    Add milk, seasonings and peas.
    Pour into a 9 x 9-inch casserole; top with buttered cracker crumbs (Club crackers are good).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
