Cabbage Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, coarsely chopped and steamed
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 bell peppers, chopped
    1 lb. ground round
    2 (16 oz.) cans undrained red kidney beans
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice or V-8
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Saute the beef, onion and peppers.
    Drain and add beans, juice and dry soup mix.
    Combine cabbage and beef mixture.
    Cook several hours at a slow simmer.
