Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. each carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery, cut fine
    green pepper and onion (as desired)
    shredded cheese
    bits of tomatoes (with seed removed)
Preparation
    Spread the rolls onto jelly roll pan and bake.
    Mix the cream cheese, dressing, mayonnaise and sour cream. Spread this over the baked crescent rolls.
    Add the carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and celery in layers. Add the green pepper and onion.
    Top with the cheese and tomatoes.
