Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and salt.
    Stir constantly while adding hot milk.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
