Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (red preferred)
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes or potato chips
Preparation
    Boil potatoes ahead and refrigerate until cold; peel and grate in a bowl.
    Set aside.
    Mix together sour cream, soup, margarine and cheese.
    Mix with potatoes carefully.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
    Can also use frozen hash browns.
