Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 tortillas (canned or frozen)
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 large tomatoes
    lettuce
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    taco sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in Dutch oven.
    Add tomato paste and salt. Simmer for 10 minutes, covered.
    Heat oil in skillet; fry each tortilla on both sides.
    Remove quickly and fold over before it stiffens.
    Place on paper towel to absorb oil; sprinkle with salt.
