Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cucumbers, quartered and sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped sweet onions
4 Tbsp. lime juice
4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers and onions. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over cucumbers; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for awhile before serving.
