French Onion Soup By Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 medium to large onions, sliced
    3 (13 oz.) cans beef broth
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pepper to taste
    croutons and Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine butter and onions in 3-quart casserole microwave dish. Cook at High setting for 10 minutes.
    Stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce and pepper, then cover and cook at High setting for 10 minutes.
    Stir and cook at High setting for 10 minutes more, then at medium setting for another 10 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes, before serving.
    Garnish with croutons and cheese.
