Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. rice flour
1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Sift flours.
Cream sugar and butter.
Add flour and mix together until mixture resembles the consistency of short crust pastry.
Form into a round.
Pinch edges and prick all over with a fork.
Bake in slow oven for at least 1 hour until slightly browned.
